2007 Summer Educational Conference set...

This year’s meeting at the Stoweflake Mountain Resort in Stowe, VT is shaping up to be one of our best Summer Conferences yet. The family oriented atmosphere of the Resort and surrounding areas is sure to make this a big hit with you and your families. Official registration forms and hotel reservations information are now available by following the link below. Don’t forget to check out the remaining sponsorship opportunities as well.

Sponsorship Opportunities at Summer Conference

We’re doing something new this year for all of our sponsors. In addition to acknowledging your support with your logo in the final program and on signage and graphics throughout the resort, all sponsorships over $2000 allow your company to make a one (1) minute presentation to all attendees during the daily programming. Companies sponsoring educational sessions will have the opportunity to introduce the speaker for that respective session. Follow the link below for remaining available sponsorships. Remember, our success in delivering great meetings is directly attributable to your support.

ESCA Silent Auction Committee Needs Your Help!

Once again the ESCA Silent Auction Committee is looking for members, non members and anyone else who would like to help with donating a prize for our 5th Annual Silent Auction, which will take place at the ESCA Summer Conference. Please consider helping us by completing the Silent Auction Donation Form. A member of our Silent Auction Committee will begin contacting each company or individual who helped us last year with a prize donation. If you are interested in serving on the Silent Auction committee, please contact Chuck Grouzard at cgrouzard@ges.com.

ESCA Showing Presence at Exhibitor Show

ESCA in not only exhibiting in booth 823 on the Exhibitor Show, but we are also conducting a short survey of the attendees from our booth. The results of the surveys will be shared with all during the Pillar Committee Updates session at the Summer Educational Conference.

ESCA is working with GES in presenting a “Behind the Scenes” Educational session during the show. This session will be presented at GES’s offices on Tuesday, 3/27. Participating on the panel with Rip Rippetoe of GES will be Larry Arnaudet of ESCA headquarters, Eric Hoffend of Freeman and Todd Neely of Champion Nationwide.
