EDPA/ESCA Sustainability Committee
A growing joint ESCA/EDPA initiative inspiring members and industry partners to adopt environmentally responsible practices, reduce their carbon footprint, and enhance the overall sustainability of their operations.
Education Committee
Dedicated to enriching knowledge across the whole association through webinars, workshops, and seminars. Promotes collaboration and knowledge sharing to keep members ahead of emerging trends in the events and exhibitions landscape.
Membership Committee
The first stop on every ESCA member’s journey. Guides new members through onboarding and helps them build connections, explore programs, and feel at home in the ESCA community—focused on member value, engagement, and retention.
Rising Leaders Committee
Supports professionals in their first 10 years or those 40 and under with networking, mentorship, meet-ups, the Summit, and career-building programs tailored to those in the early stages of their live events career.

ESCA/IAVM Venue Council
A joint council established to pursue common interests, address shared concerns, promote goodwill, provide education, and seek harmonious venue & contractor relationships.
Industry Safety, Security & Standards Council
Continues ESCA’s core health & safety leadership with an expanded, industry-wide mandate covering safety, security, and standards. Stewards the ESCA Badge Program and advances industry credentials, safety certifications, and EAC compliance.
Labor & Management Council
Established to foster common interests, promote goodwill, provide education, and pursue harmonious labor-management relationships between service contractors and the trades.
